Ordering and Delivery of Services

Service Classifications

● Approval Required

For blessings or special programs that require review, we will notify you of the status of your application within:

○ 2–4 business days for individual blessings

○ Up to 7 business days for events, classes or training programs

● Immediate Delivery

Some services, including soul blessings, downloads and other digital offerings, are delivered upon completion of purchase. These may include video, audio, files or live access, depending on the service. Delivery is virtual via internet, phone or other digital media platforms.

Refunds for Services

All services, blessings, transmissions, and downloads are non-refundable.

Ordering and Delivery of Products

Shipping Destinations

We ship to many countries around the world. If your country is not listed during checkout, email us with the subject line “Shipping Question.” Some products are only available for purchase in certain regions or from local centers.

We now have two new stores available for local deliveries in the EU and UK. Orders may be placed directly through these regional stores for faster and more convenient service. Please note that not all products are available in each store.

Shipping Timeline

Most product orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipments

Customs and duties will apply on international orders. These fees are not included in your order and are charged by your local customs agency. Additional import or clearance charges may also be imposed. Local customer agencies impose the duties and import charges, and we have no control over these charges. We cannot modify product descriptions or declared values to avoid these charges.

Returns and Exchanges

General Return Policy

Products must be:

● New, unopened, and in original condition
● Returned within 15 days of delivery
● Shipped with a trackable service

If returning for personal reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be shipped using a trackable service and the customer service ticket must be updated with tracking information. Once the product is received, a refund will be issued for the product value less the original shipping cost and a restocking fee.

If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error: We will cover the full cost of return shipping and the shipping for a replacement. In some cases, depending on the product, we may not require the damaged item to be returned.

Return-Eligible Products

● Apparel (unworn and in original packaging)
● Calligraphy (framed/unframed/scrolled), subject to pre-approval and condition
● Calligraphy Accessories
● Water Mats (see notes on defects below)
● Jewelry (new and unaltered)
● Media (books, CDs, calligraphy cards)
● Certain household items (e.g., new water bottles)

Non-Returnable Products

● Digital products or downloads
● Ink, essential oils, incense, candles
● Clearance or special offer items
● Any item that has been altered, damaged after delivery, or is missing parts or certificates
● All services, transmissions, blessings and events

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

Damaged or Defective

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please submit a ticket by emailing [email protected] with photos of the damage within 7 business days. We will replace the item, or issue a refund if the item is no longer in stock.

● Water mats with frayed edges are not considered damaged due to their production process

● Black ink markings may be eligible for replacement without return

Missing Items or Incomplete Orders

If you did not receive all items in your order, please check your tracking. If delays exceed two weeks, submit a ticket by emailing [email protected] for our warehouse team to investigate.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product, please contact us. We will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Missed Delivery

If your package could not be delivered due to no one being available to sign, or if import fees were not paid, your shipment will be returned to our distribution center.

Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the product and return it to inventory. You will be refunded the product cost minus the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee, and a restocking fee.

If you still wish to receive the product, please place a new order.

Event, Program, and Course Cancellations

Events (Workshops, Retreats, etc.)

● Cancellation requests made more than 30 days before the event: Refundable, minus a $100 administration fee

● Cancellation within 30 days of the event: Non-refundable

Changes in Attendance

Onsite to Online changes: accepted up to 30 days before the event with a $100 administrative fee

Online to Onsite changes: accepted if space permits, with applicable fee

Event Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is canceled with no alternative offered, a full refund will be processed within 10 days. Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are non-refundable.

Tao Academy Certified Programs

These follow separate refund policies, provided upon course enrollment.

Transmissions and Blessings

Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase. We appreciate your understanding.

Additional Policies

Duplicate Orders

Report any duplicate orders within 72 hours. Product duplicates that have already been shipped must be returned at the customer's expense before a refund is processed.

Pickup

If you select the pickup option at checkout, please collect your order within 14 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled and refunded, minus a restocking fee.

Products Purchased at Events or Centers

All items purchased at events or in person are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded minus restocking and return fees.

Warehouse Notes and Special Situations

When you are returning a product, please include the following :

● Mala repairs: Please bring to a local jeweler or craftsperson
● Custom packaging requests: Not accepted
● Pickups: May be arranged from the Toronto Global Center
● Calligraphy prints and ink: Ship from Canada or Buffalo warehouses
● Spare parts: Limited accessories (bags, tassels) available from Canada

Dispute Resolution

All policies are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any claims or disputes will be handled exclusively in Ontario.
